Personally, I don't like the word "nail". But I guess by its use it's suggesting pure sex without emotional attachment or really, anything beyond skin-depp (skin-deep. wow. freudian slip, anyone?) attraction. Which, really, is tough for me to fathom. Usually my attraction to someone has quite a bit to do with the personality or character traits of said person. But I did my best.

You may notice Nick Stahl is nowhere on the list. Believe me, I considered including him, but given that my very first reaction to him was “WOW you are weird-lookin’”, I don’t think we could say it’s a shallow attraction by any means. It’s very much a respect thing, and if anything, respect should matter very little in this meme.

ALSO. There are two characters from Battlestar Galactica on here, and my little paragraphs about ‘em include spoilers for seasons 2.5 & 3. If you care about that kinda thing.

Been working on this one since September: snags included varied vacations, learning how to cross-fade properly, and the period of mourning following 'Serenity'. Not to toot my own horn too much, but I'm pretty proud of having finished it ^___^ So Firefly fans--please to watch? Enjoy? Tell your friends?

I actually think this would make a great 'Serenity' video. The concept strikes me as amusing, in a really, really morbid way.

And so WAS rides off into the sunset.

To be 100% honest, I will be very happy to have my weekends (and weekdays!) back.
Though I am very sad there's no official soundtrack being recorded. :( I'll just have to pray it gets to Broadway one day, and then they'll HAVE to make a soundtrack.

"Firefly"-related dream last night. I was some sort of special Alliance agent after River. She kicked my ass.
Not the most fun dream from my perspective, but pretty badass in hindsight.

ETA: I almost didn't go to the Stage Manager's cast party... I felt like being only a Spot Op, I wasn't "in the club". But I ended up having a good time! We played Celebrity--my team lost, but it wasn't my fault. :P And Dan (aka Jonathon in WAS) is in RL one of the craziest people I've ever met, which is saying something.

ETA: The fact that I never saw an episode of "Firefly" until this last week, and yet "Serenity" managed to get this reaction out of me, is a testament to just how great it is.

Just finished Ep 6 of Firefly, "Our Mrs. Reynolds". That episode wins. On so many levels.

"Last night I was pleased. Had some mulled wine... Pretty girl gave me a hat made out of a tree..."
