I am only posting this because it's an excellent quiz... By which I mean literally impossible to tell which answers match which characters.

Which makes it even better when you get the answer you want.

I have introduced someone new to Homestar Runner.

My day is now complete. ^_^

Oh man, this weekend's gonna be awesome-tastic.

- Singin' with da paternal unit (and getting community service credits for National Honor Thingie)
- Seeing old NHSI buddy Kristi in her school show (MAJOR W00T TO THE MAX! ^_^)

- Possibly seeing The Matrix Revolutions at the IMAX theatre, in the awesome shirt I just spent an hour and a half making :-D Behold my fangirlishness, mwa ha ha.

Yeah, so that's pretty much it. :-)

I have seen the Matrix Revolutions preview. And it is good.

A transcript of TM:Rel! Of course, the first thing I did was find Smith's "Purpose" monolgue... Just reading it makes me feel all smirky and sniggery. *smirks and sniggers*

So, yeah. This weekend has not been long enough. I've read through my "Noises Off" scripty and highlighted all my lineses... looking forward to NAF tomorrow. You all must come! You will I say! Well, obviously you won't if you're at college or otherwise don't go to NHS... ahem.

Saw the Justin-man at Drama Orientation. Twas much happiness. We have to get together soon.

Why is it that my parents just start talking louder when I turn up my music?

Have been pondering life lately. That always happens when I do something like watch The Matrix. I feel like I need to find my viewpoint. I keep thinking I've found the connecting variable to all my personality models, but there's always that one that doesn't quite fit in with the rest. Looking at it from a logical standpoint, Agent Smith and Peregrin Took just don't mix. So how is it I find myself admiring and aspiring to become both?

The motherly unit & I just finished watching the first "Matrix" (the first time I've seen it in years!! ^.^) And while the credits were rolling, I made some comment about Hugo Weaving.

Mom looked perplexed. "Doesn't he... play the bad guy?"

I wanted to go, "Well, yeah," but instead I said: "Well, he's a good guy in other movies."

And she goes, "Oh." Like that makes my liking him better.

What the heck?? She had about the same reaction when I told her I liked Tom Felton (though I couldn't get out of it because he hasn't BEEN in any other movies)

Maybe Midwestern girls don't go through a Bad Boy Phase. :-D

So I'm sitting here ready to look over my French history notes, right? We've been doing a unit on history in French class... and I open to the first page, and staring right up at me is the word "merovingiens"- apparently the name of a race of kings.

So *that* explains the French accent ^.^;;

"Lipstick? What lipstick, there is no *lipstick*!"

Really Easy Lab is Done- now it's time for Sneaking Around The Web On Forbidden Websites, mwa ha ha. Cause I'm "so sadistic like that" -Trish.

Quotes of the Day: "Going crazy in a bad way is not good. 'Cause it's bad." -Me
"I love that. Kinda like I love AIDS." -Ryan

I've been fiddling with my own original Matrix character all day... The Morrigu, an exiled program. She's pretty cool so far- though I'm not sure if I will ever be able to top Cherandle (Cherandle was my 'Escaflowne' char for those who don't know; the tragic lover of Dilandau Albatou- they're my all-time classic couple as yet ^.^)...

Today was good, for a Monday. Really good for a Monday, actually; considering the general feeling of Mondays. Richie, are we still in the Talent show? I must know!!

G'night. :-)

I finally wrote that poem that was picking at me all night last night and all day today. I think it turned out pretty well, but be warned: at its basis it's just another manifestation of my Matrix obession ^.^;;

Although, on the other hand- what are obsessions for if not to inspire?

Crazy fun this afternoon seeing TM:R a second time, avec Trin, Wednesday/Coatrack, Jade and Elle. Cosplaying... mmm ^.^ I understood a lot of the crypticness in the movie this time through: I also didn't find myself begging the Architect to shut up, because this time I actually got some of what he was saying. And yes, I now have listened to "Burly Brawl" so many times on the soundtrack I pretty much know how it goes. Was lovin' that scene even more the second time 'round... "It is purpose that binds us..." Gotta learn that speech.

A few inside jokes from today (that you MAY or MAY NOT be on the outside of):
1) Chocolate cake (and all that that implies)
2) Ferrets
3) Powerade
4) No more purple sunglasses
5) The Trinity jacket/The Shiny
6) Me + Wednesday = Trin's bodyguards
7) Red/Blue Jelly Beans
8) "Smitty" ^.^

A kickin' beginning to the afternoon- Wed. and I spot each other as I'm approaching the meeting spot. She turns to me as I advance and we both slip on our sunglasses in a very Matrix-y way. That pretty much set the tone :-D

You are Agent Smith-
You are Agent Smith, from "The Matrix."
No one would ever want to run into you in a
dark alley. Cold as steel, tough as a rock,
things are your way or the highway.

I really DON'T wanna be Cypher (who DOES?)... If I *have* to stab people, I'd rather not do it in their back. *shify grin*

I can't believe I didn't think of this before! There's a character who would be absolutely PERFECT for The Oracle... Varie! Folken and Van's mother, y'know? Dangit... Darn those minor characters, they sneak up on ya like that. Maybe I'll draw 'er, maybe I won't... I'd have to look at some references first... :-(

The Escaflowne/Matrix Cast )

More Esca/Matrix art on the way... I've got plans, oh yes >:-)

As promised... Dilandau as an Agent.

Ben and I spent a good few minutes of Physics class (we never do much in Physics class anyway) figuring out who the other characters would play in a Matrix-like Escaflowne. Here's what we figured out:

*NEO will be played by HITOMI: I originally thought that if Dilandau was Agent Smith, Van inherently had to be Neo. But the thought of Van Fanel being humanity's only hope is far too shudder-inducing. Hitomi's the one with all the powers, anyway.
*TRINITY will be played by VAN: Who else is gonna be paired romantically with Hitomi? I'm considering whether or not to draw him in drag *snrk*
*MORPHEUS will be played by ALLEN: No discussion involved here. Allen's the leader of the whole gang, so who else would be Morpheus?
*AGENT SMITH will be played by DILANDAU: Obviously. Dilandau's not mentally stable enough to be a normal Agent, but... Smith is no normal Agent.
*THE ORACLE will be played by... Well actully this one's not decided yet. We figured it would either be FOLKEN or THE MOLE MAN, for different reasons. Those who know the Esca characters, any thoughts? :-)

More pictures to come over the weekend. ^.^

Ramblings About / By Me: aka my new User Info )

Oh yes, and about the new Journal Title- I really dunno what the heck it means. Chalk it up to a Matrix obsession and the fact that I am wearing my Golden Pants today.

And my new "name" is The Pyro Agent. Why? Just imagine Dilandau Albatou as an Agent... I am off to go draw that picture. Now.
a_leprechaun: (Default)
You are Agent Smith. Ruthless, you hunt down
members of the Resistance with your hand cannon
and with a little help from within...
However, there IS some wisdom to your words:

"I'd like to share a revelation I had during
my time here. It came to me when I tried to
classify your species. I realized that you're
not actually mammals. Every mammal on this
planet instinctively develops a natural
equilibrium with the surrounding environment
but you humans do not. You move to an area and
you multiply until every natural resource is
consumed. The only way you can survive is to
spread to another area. There is another
organism on this planet that follows the same
pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human
beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet.
You are a plague, and we, are the cure."

What Character From The Matrix Are You?

I got a different answer with each of the four quizzes (Neo, Trinity, Cypher, Agent S)... oddness. Still wish I hadn't gotten Cypher that one time, though. *shudder*

*tilts head* Is it just me, or are his glasses a tad crooked in that screenshot?
